| Create Your Account
1. Contact us for your Authorization Password.
2. When you've received your Authorization Password, go to My Account to create your new account. (You will also be asked to enter your own password. This is separate from the Authorization Password, and is the one you will use to login in the future.)
Shopping
1.Select a category from the Product menu on the left. Then select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. Select as many items as you wish. Note: you must select a quantity for each product.
2. When you're finished, click on Checkout on the left and follow the prompts to complete your order. 3. For our existing costumers of NSW North Coast, normal delivery, and payment methods will be followed. New costumers will be contacted by email or phone to indicate shipment charges and payment methods.
Payment options
1. Statement method (as usual for North coast area existing customers)
2. For new customers, phone us (for credit card payment) or direct deposit into our bank account.
3. Phone us during office hours to order by phone.
4. Visit our shop in Coffs Harbour.
GST
Our prices already include 10% GST.
Packaging
Where possible we re-use packaging from suppliers. It might look less fancy but re-use is environmentally-friendly and also helps us keep costs down |
